Given equation is,

         3x+\frac{7}{4} +5x-\frac{4}{7} =x+\frac{7}{2}

Let's rearrange it.

         3x+5x-x=\frac{7}{2} -\frac{7}{4} +\frac{4}{7}    

         7x=\frac{7}{2} -\frac{7}{4} +\frac{4}{7}

LCM =28

       7x =  \frac{7*14}{28} -\frac{7*7}{28} +\frac{4*4}{28}

            = \frac{98-49+16}{28}

            =\frac{65}{28}

         x= \frac{65}{28*7}

            = \frac{65}{196}
