here i eliminate y

3x- y=11  

2x+y=9

= 5x = 20

x = 4

2*4+ y= 9

8 +y= 9

y = 9-8

y = 1

22+2y/3 + y = 9

(22+2y+3y)/3 = 9

22+5y = 9×3

5y = 27-22

y = 5/5

x = 11+1/3

x = 12/3

x = 4
