(3y + 2x + 4)dx   = (4x + 6y + 5)dy = 0

(2x + 3y + 4)dx - (4x  + 6y + 5)dy = 0

 \:  \\  \ggg  \rm(2x + 3y + 4)dx  = (4x + 6y + 5)dy

 \:  \ggg \rm{ \frac{dy}{dx}  = \frac{(2x + 3y + 4)}{(4x + 6y + 5)}}
