Here’s an answer-
4(2x-8)=3(x+6)
8x-32=3x+18
8x-3x=18+32
5x=50
X=50/5
x=10

Hi there! ☃️

Here is the solution of ur question:

We know that we have to multiply 4 with the numbers inside the bracket in L.H.S and also 3 with the numbers in bracket in R.H.S.

=> \:\mathsf{4 (2x - 8) = 3 (x + 6)}

=> \:\mathsf{8x - 32 = 3x + 18}

=> \:\mathsf{8x - 3x - 32 - 18 = 0}

=> \:\mathsf{5x - 50 = 0}

=> \:\mathsf{5x = 50}

=> \:\mathsf{x = \frac{50}{5}}

=> \:\mathsf{x = 10}

Hope this helps you!
