4(3x+2) - 5( x-2) = 3 (4x -3) + 2

12x +8 - 5x - 10 = 12x - 9 + 2

12x-5x-12x = -9 +2-8 + 10

-5x = -7-8+10

-5x = -15+10

-5x = -5

x = -5/-5

x = -1
