let (1/x+y) be A, and (1/x-y) be B.
Now 2A+5B = 3 and 7A - 2B = 4
by slowing we get A= ⅔ B= ⅓
i.e. 1x+y=⅔ and 1/x-y = ⅓
Therefore X= ⁴/9 and y = -¾
