If we , see the diagram three co planar forces in equilibrium are concurrent.

In general a Body is said to be in equilibrium when the forces acting upon it has zero resultant.
Conditions of static equilibrium of Concurrent Forces :
1. Sum of all forces in X direction is zero:
∑Fₓ=0 or ∑FH=0

Cos θ=200/600
= 1/3

2. Sum of all forces in Y direction is zero:
∑Fy=0 or ∑Fv=0
N+600sinθ=800
N+600 sin(70.5)=800
N+600×0.94264=800
N=800-565.584
N=234.416 lb
