D-DIVISION
M-MULTIPLICATION
A-ADDITION
S-SUBTRACTION

 =  >  \: 5 + 2 \times 16  \div 4 - 2 \\  \\  =  >  \: 5 + 2 \times 4 - 2 \\  \\  =  >  \: 5 + 8 - 2 \\  \\  =  >  \:  13 - 2 \\  \\  =  >  \: 11

Therefore, the answer is 11
