=> 5x + 3 = 4/3(1 + x)

=> 5x + 3 = 4/3 + 4x/3

Answer:

=> 5x + 3 = 4/3(1+x)

=> 5x + 3 = 4/3 + 4x/3

=> 5x + 3 = (4 + 4x)/3

=> 15x + 9 = 4 + 4x

=> 15x - 4x = 4 - 9

=> 11x = -5

=> x = -5/11
