 5x + \frac{7}{2}  =  \frac{2}{2} x - 14

5x +  \frac{7}{2}  + 14 = x

5x - x +   \frac{7}{2}   + 14 = 0

4x + ( \frac{7 + 28}{2} ) = 0

4x +  \frac{35}{2}  = 0

4x =  - \frac{35}{2}

x =  \frac{ - 35}{2 \times 4}

x =  - \frac{ - 35}{8}
