In context to questions asked,

We have to determine the value of X

As per questions,

We have

5x² - 22x - 15 = 0

For determining the value we will split the middle term.

So, we will get,

 {5x}^{2} - 22x - 15 = 0 \\ {5x}^{2} - 25x + 3x - 15 = 0 \\ = > 5x(x - 5) + 3(x - 5) = 0 \\ = > (5x + 3)(x - 5) = 0 \\ = > x = - \frac{3}{5} \: and \: 5

Hence, value of X will be -3/5 and 5
