6x+1+ \frac{1}{3} =x- \frac{3}{6}  \\ 6x+ \frac{4}{3} = x- \frac{3}{6} \\ 5x = -( \frac{4}{3} + \frac{3}{6}) \\ 5x =  -\frac{11}{6}   \\ x=- \frac{11}{30}

If the question was:
6x+1+ \frac{1}{3} =x- \frac{3}{6}
6x+ \frac{4}{3} =x- \frac{1}{2}
6x-x= \frac{4}{3} +  \frac{1}{2}
5x= \frac{8+3}{6}
x= \frac{11}{5*6} = \frac{11}{30} .

If the question was:
 \frac{6x+1+1}{3}= \frac{x-3}{6}
2(6x+2)=x-6
12x-4=x-6
11x=2  and x= \frac{2}{11} .
