Hello Friend

here is your answer below

(6x +  \frac{1}{3} ) + 1 = x -  \frac{3}{6}  \\  =  >  \frac{(18x + 1)  + 3}{3}  = x -  \frac{3}{6}  \\  =  >  \frac{18x  + 1 + 3}{3}  = x -  \frac{3}{6}  \\  =  >  \frac{18x + 4}{3}  =  \frac{6x - 3}{6}  \\  =  > 6(18x + 4) = 3(6x - 3) \\  =  > 90x + 24 = 18x - 9 \\  =  > 90x - 18x =  - 9 - 24 \\  =  > 72x =  - 33 \\  =  > x =  -  \frac{33}{72}

I hope that helps you
