    7(2 - x) - 5(x + 2) / 2x + 1= 8 =)  7(2 - x) - 5(x + 2) = 8(2x + 1) =).  14 - 7x - 5x - 10 = 16x + 8 =).   - 12x + 14 - 10 = 16x + 8 =).   - 12x + 4 = 16x + 8 =).   16x + 12x = 4 - 8 =).    28x = - 4 =).    x = - 4 / 28 =).    x = - 1 / 7
