Answer:

-5,1,7

Step-by-step explanation:

(7)

Let the three numbers in AP be a - d, a, a + d.

(i) Sum

⇒ a - d + a + a + d = 3

⇒ 3a = 3

⇒ a = 1

(ii) Product:

⇒ (a - d) * a * (a + d) = -35

⇒ (a² - d²) = -35

⇒ 1 - d² = 35

⇒ d² = 36

⇒ d = ±6

When a = 1, d = 6:

a - d = -5

a = 1

a + d = 7

When a = 1, d = -6:

a - d = 7

a = 1

a + d = -5

∴ The numbers are -5, 1, 7

Hope it helps!

A=1, d=6...explanation =

Let a+d , a, a-d be the terms.

They all add of them to give 3

A+d+a+a-d=3

Meaning 3a =3 or a =1

Find D. By multiplying a+d and a and a-d equated to 35 to find D =6
