solve 90x+40y=90,100x−99y=33 by cross multiplication method,substitution and elimination method

90x+40y=90....1
100x-99y=33.....2
From 1.
90x =90-40y
x= 90-40y /90
x=1-4/9y
Put the value of x in2
100(1-4/9y)-99y=33
100-400/9y-99y=33
-400/9y =33-100+99y
-400/9y =-67+99y
-400+67=99y.9y
-333=(99x9)y2
y2=-333/99x9
y2=111/3x99
Y2=111/297
