9a^2 +  2ab +  b^2

as we know that

a^2 + 2ab + b^2  =  (a + b)^2

so here we can write 9a^2 as square of (3a)   and b^2 as (b)

so

(3a + b)^2

.

hence ur answer is (3a+ b)^2
