In this matter, identifying critical success factors is one of the most popular topics and many research in this field have been done. In this research we have conducted an in depth analysis of success factors by studying different cases in order to find out if success factors differ in various industries. In this process, success factors have been extracted from 10 different cases by using content analysis. Based on findings, success factors in service industries, manufacturing industries and trading and food industries are different from each other. The different factors have been classified based on a holistic framework and have been analysed.
