 3(x - 3) - 4 = 2

3x - 9 - 4 = 2

3x - 9 = 6

3x = 15

x = 5

x +  \frac{21}{14}  =  \frac{1}{7}

x +  \frac{3}{2}  =  \frac{1}{7}

x =  \frac{1}{7}  -  \frac{3}{2}

x =  \frac{2 - 21}{14}

x =  \frac{19}{14}  = 1 \frac{5}{14}
