Solve.
(a) Rajdeep has three large wooden blocks coloured red, green, and blue. The weight of the
red block is 1.25 kg. The green block is 2.2 times as heavy as the red block. The weight of
the blue block is only three-fifths the weight of the red block. In grams, write the weight
of
(i) the green block
(ii) the blue block​

Weight of red block = 1.25 kg or 125/100

Weight of green block = (1.25*2.2)kgs

= 2.750 kgs

Weight of blue block = (3/5*125/100)

= 3/4 kgs

{ reduce it first by 25 and after reduce it by 5 }

THEREFORE, Weight of green block in grams

= (2.750 x 1000)g {1 kg = 1000g}

= 2750 grams

THEREFORE, Weight of blue block in grams

= (3/4 x 1000)g {1 kg = 1000g}

= 750 grams
