solve after reducing these equations to linear form:2-(3x-8)÷5-(4x-9)=1/2

Answer:

2-(3x-8)÷5-(4x-9)=1/2

=> 2-(3x-8) / 5-(4x-9) = 1/2

=> 2-3x+8 / 5-4x+9 = 1/2

=> -3x+10 / -4x+14 = 1/2

=> 2(-3x+10) = 1(-4x+14)

=> -6x+20 = -4x+14

=> -6x+4x = -20+14

=> 2x = 6

=> x= 3
