=3(2x-4) = -2(3x+2)

=6x-12= -6x-4

:. x = -2/3

To verify:

Let x be -2/3,

= 2(-2/3)-4 / 3(-2/3)+2

= (-4/3 ) -4 / (-6/3)+ 2

-4/3 + 4/1 = ?

-6/3 +2/1 = ?

LCM of [3,1=3] and [3,1=3]

- 4+12/3 = 8/3

[since both the signs are opposite so they will be cut]

-6+6/3= 0/3

Hence,

8/3 / 0/3

Transposing 0/3 to RHS

= 8/3= 0/3

= Transposing 8/3 to RHS

= 0/3 x 8/3

[To divide 2 fractional numbers the second number should be recoprocaled]

=0/3 x 3/8

= -2/3
