Given to solve and check the result :-

3 ( a + 3 ) + 3 ( a - 1 ) = 5 ( a + 5 )

Lets solve !

3 ( a + 3 ) + 3 ( a - 1 ) = 5 ( a + 5 )

3a + 9 + 3a - 3 = 5a + 25

Put like terms together

3a + 3a + 9 - 3 = 5a + 25

6a + 6 = 5a + 25

Tranpose like terms together

6a - 5a = 25 - 6

a = 19

Verification :-

3(a + 3 ) + 3(a - 1) = 5(a + 5)

Put a = 19 to verify

3 ( 19 + 3 ) + 3 (19- 1 ) = 5 ( 19+ 5 )

3 (22 ) + 3 (18 ) = 5 (24)

66 + 54 = 120

120 = 120

Verified !
