\huge\bold{To~solve~:}

\large\mathtt{~~~~{\frac{2b+5}{3b+4}}=3}

By cross multiplication, we get :

\large\mathtt{~~~~2b+5=3(3b+4)}

\large\mathtt{→2b+5=9b+12}

\large\mathtt{→2b-9b=12-5}

\large\mathtt{→(-7b)=7}

\large\mathtt{→7b=(-7)}

\large\mathtt{→b={\frac{-7}{7}}}

\large\mathtt{→b={\underline{\underline{-1}}}}

\huge\tt\colorbox{pink}{Answer}

 \large{\frac{2b + 5}{3b + 4}  = 3}

2b + 5 = 3(3b + 4)

2b + 5 = 9b + 12

2b - 9b = 12  - 5

 - 7b = 7

b =  -  \frac{7}{7}

\bold{b =  - 1}
