$⟹x = - 8$

CHECK:-

$⟹2(3( - 8) + 1) = 12 + 2(4( - 8) + 3)$

$⟹2( - 24 + 1) = 12 + 2( - 32 + 3)$

$⟹2( - 23) = 12 + 2( - 29)$

$⟹ - 46 = 12 - 58$
