$\frac{x}{3} - \frac{2}{5} = \frac{2x}{15} - \frac{3}{5}\\\\\frac{x}{3} -\frac{2x}{15}=\frac{2}{5}-\frac{3}{5}\\\\\frac{(5x-2x)}{15}=\frac{(2-3)}{5}\\\\\frac{3x}{15}=\frac{-1}{5}\\\\\frac{x}{5}=\frac{-1}{5}\\\\x=-1$
