It is false. How can it be

Take other example, root 1 +root 4= 3.

But u r claiming that it must be equal to 5.

Laws of maths don't hold good.

FALSE....
√3= 1.732
√2= 1.414...
√5= 2.236..
But 1.414+1.732= 3.146
Which is not equal to √5 ...

So,
ANSWER IS WRONG....
