Simple interest = P×T× R/100

Simple interest = 320

Hence, interest for 1 year will be Rs. 320

=> Cost price = 720

selling price = 710

Hence, there is a loss because it is sold for less money than it was buy.

Loss = Cost price - selling price

Loss = 720 - 710

Loss = Rs. 10
