Answer:

question b)3/2x-5=1/x+1

We have to cross multiply them then we get

3x+3=2x-5

taking constants one side we get

3x-2x=-5-3

therfore x=-7

if we take 2x-5=3x-2x

then we get x=7

Step-by-step explanation:

B : 3/2x-5=1/x+1

=> (by cross multiplication) 3 (x+1) = 1 (2x-5)

=> 3x + 3 = 2x - 5

=> 3x-2x= -5 -3

=>∴ x = - 8

C :  4(x+1) = -3 (2x-1)

=> 4x +4 = -6x +3

=> 4x + 6x = 3 - 4

=> 10x=  -1

=> x = - 1 / 10

D : (t+5)2 = 3 t

=>2t + 10 = 3t

=> 2t - 3 t = -10

=>t =10
