1. Let us assume that the original number= 'x'

Its cube = (x)³

= x³

If the original number is tripled then the new number = 3x

Cube of the new number = (3x)³

= 3x×3x×3x

= 27x³

Therefore,

Cube of the original number: Cube of the new number which is tripled

1:27

Hence the cube of the new number is 27 times the cube of the original number.

HENCE PROVED.
