6x+4y+12z=2

6x-9y+12z=9

y=-7/13

(3x-14/13+6z=1)×4

(4x+21/13+7z=4)×3

12x-56/13+24z=4

12x+63/13+21z=12

119/13-3z=8

15/13=3z

z=5/13
