Step-by-step explaination :

On simplifying the equations :-

\bold{\Longrightarrow{\frac{x}{a} + \frac{y}{b} = 2}} \\ \bold{\Longrightarrow{ \frac{ay + bx}{ab} = 2}} \\ \bold{\Longrightarrow{bx + ay - 2ab = 0...(1)}} \\ \\ \bold{\Longrightarrow{ax - by = {a}^{2} - {b}^{2}}} \\ \bold{\Longrightarrow{ax - by - ( {a}^{2} - {b}^{2} ) = 0...(2)}}

Method : By Using Cross Multiplication Method.

• Take care about "-" sign which must be always in between two terms.

• Take care that values below dinominator are "not" in fraction.

• Take care that we have to find value of x and y with respect of last term i.e. fraction with numerator as 1.
