2x - 3y = 7 is equation 1
5x + 2y = 10 is equation 2

(2x  -  3y = 7 )\times 2  \\ (5x + 2y = 10) \times 3
4x - 6y = 14 \\ 15x + 6y = 30

eq \: 1  + eq \: 2
4x + 15x = 44
19x = 44
x = \frac{44}{19}
x =  \frac{44}{19}  \: substitute \: in \: eq \: 1 \: or \: eq \: 2
y =  - 0.7894736842105263
y =  -   \frac{78}{100}
