now subtract this equation from first equation

-5x+2y=6

-(-5x+5y=45)

⇒-5x+2y=6

5x-5y=-45

=-3y=-39

:y=13

Put y=13 in eq I

-5x+5(13)= 45

=-5x=45-65

⇒-5x= -20

:x= 4

So x=4,y= 13
