from eqn 1
x=13+7y/2
substitute it in eqn 2
3(13+7y/2)+4y-19=0
(39+21y)/2+4y-19=0
39+21y+8y-38=0
29y+1=0
y=-1/29
put the value of y and you will get the value of x

from eqn 1
x=13+7y/2

3(13+7y/2)+4y-19=0
