Answer:

x-y=3 (1)

3x-2y=10 (2)

multiplying (1)by 2

we get 2x-2y=6 (3)

subtracting (2) - (3)

thus by solving we get answer

3x-2y=10 minus

X-Y=3

2x-y=7

-y=-2x+7 divide by -1

Y= 2×-7

Substitute y into 3x-2y=10

3x-2(2x-7)=10

3x-4x+14=10 add like terms

-x=-4

X=4

Substitute x into y=2x-7

Y=2(4)-7

Y=1
