Here we proceed !!

{{\colorbox{pink}{{\colorbox{lightble}{Answer}}}}}

{\underline{\boxed{{\rm{3m}^{2}  + 7m \:  = 0}}}}

Take m common from L.H.S

m(3m + 7) = 0

This means , we get two values for 'm'

Either m = 0 | 3m+7 = 0

\bf\fbox\red{3m =  - 7}

m =   \frac{ - 7}{ \: 3}

So , we get two values for m . from (1)

{{\colorbox{n}{{\colorbox{lightblue}{m = 0}}}}}

or from (2)

m =   \frac{ - 7}{ \: 3}

Hope this helps you to uttermost limit !!
