 {x}^{2}  + 5x + 6 = 0 \\  {x}^{2}  + 3x + 2x + 6 = 0 \\ x(x + 3) + 2(x + 3) = 0 \\ (x + 3)(x + 2) = 0 \\ x =  - 3 \: x =  - 2

Hope it helps.

x ^{2}+5x+6=0 \\  \\  =  > x^{2}  + 3x + 2x + 6 = 0 \\  \\  =  > x(x + 3) + 2(x + 3) = 0 \\  \\  =  > (x + 2)(x + 3) = 0

 \huge \fbox{Either}

x + 2 = 0 \\ x = 0 - 2 \\ x =  - 2

 \huge \fbox{or}

x + 3 = 0 \\ x = 0 - 3 \\ x =  - 3
