Given Equation is 30a^2 - 77a + 48 = 0

30a^2 - 45a - 32a + 48 = 0

15a(2a - 3) - 16(2a - 3) = 0

(2a - 3)(15a - 16) = 0

a = 3/2 (or) a = 16/15.
