=> x² - bx/3a - 2b²/3a² = 0
=> x² - bx/3a = 2b²/3a²
Add (b/6a)² on both sides
=> x² - bx/3a + (b/6a)² = 2b²/3a² + b²/36a²
=> (x - b/6a)² = 25b²/36a²
=> x - b/6a = + - 5b/6a
Thus
=> x - b/6a = 5b/6a or x - b/6a = - 5b/6a
=> x = b/a or x = - 2b/3a <<<< Answer
