solve by substitution 2x+y=5 and 3x-y=5

question is not properly said but
I guess
it should be like this
2x+y=3
x can be 1,2,3 ......
then y will be1,-1,-3.........


same in 3x-y=5
x can be 1,2,3.........
y would be -2,1,4.........
