=> 2x -y = 11......(1) & 5x +4y =7.......(2)

Form (1)

2x = 11+y

X = (11+y)/2

Put the Value of X in equation (2)

=> 5(11+y)/2 +4y = 7

=> 55+5y +8y = 14

=> 13y = 14-55

=> Y = -41/13

Put the Value of y in equation (2)

=> 5x +4×-41/13 = 7

=> 5x -164/13 = 7

Taking LCM

=> 65x -164 = 91

=> 75x = 91+164

=> X = 255/75
