{\blue{\huge{\boxed{\bf{x=-4}}}}}

{\blue{\huge{\boxed{\bf{y=-7}}}}}

steps-

{\bf{\underline{Given:-}}}

x - y = 3 \\ 3x + 2y + 26 = 0

second equation can be written as,

3x + 2y =  - 26

now from equation 1,

x = y + 3

substitute in (2),

3(3 + y) + 2y =  - 26 \\ 9 + 3y + 2y =  - 26 \\ 5y =  - 9 - 26 \\ 5y =  - 35 \\ y =  - 7

substitute the value of y in (1),

x - ( - 7) = 3 \\ x + 7 = 3 \\ x = 3 - 7 \\ x =  - 4

Hope it helps you
