2x^2 - 6x + 3=0
2x^2 -3x - 2x + 3 =0
( by splitting the middle term )
x ( 2x - 3 ) - 1 ( 2x - 3 ) = 0
( x - 1 )( 2x - 3 ) = 0
so, x - 1 = 0
x = 1
also, 2x - 3 = 0
2x = 3
x = 3/2
