 {x}^{2} - {y}^{2} = (x + y)(x - y) \\ \\ = 81 {p}^{2} - 225 {q}^{2} \\ \\ {(9p)}^{2} - {(15q)}^{2} = (9p - 15q)(9p + 15q)

Hence we get factorised form i.e product form, since to get factors there must be factors in product or devision
