Answer:

3x+2y=8 & 2x-3y-9=0.

3x+2y-8=0.

x/b1c2-b2c1=y/c1a2-c2a1=1/a1b2-a2b1.

a1=3, b1=2, c1=-8.

a2=2, b2=-3, c2=-9.

x/(2×-9)-(-3×-8)=y/(-8×2)-(-9×3)=1/(3×-3)-(2×2).

x/(-18)-(-24)=y/(-16)-(-27)=1/(-9)-(4). (Because -×+=- & largest number is important also +×-=-).

x/-18+24=y/-16+27=1/-13. (Because -×-=+ & largest number is important).

x/6=y/11=1/-13. (Because -×+=- & largest number is important).

x/6=1/-13.

-13x=6×1.

-13x=6.

x=6/-13.

x=-6/13. (Because =+×-=-).

y/11=1/-13.

-13y=11×1.

-13y=11.

y=11/-13.

y=-11/13. (Because =+×-=-).

I think this is your answer.
