Solve each of the following pairs of linear equations by eliminating x ( by substitution ) :
2x + 3y - 5 = 0 ,
10x - 21y - 1 = 0

2x+3y=5

2x=5-3y

x=(5-3y)/2

10((5-3y)/2)-21y=1

25-15y-21y=1

-31y=-24

y=-24/-34

y=12/17

x=(5-26/17)/2=(85-26/17)/2=(59/17)/2

x=59/34
