 \frac{3}{2}x+1= \frac{9}{2} \\ \\ \frac{3}{2}x= \frac{9}{2} -1 \\ \\ \frac{3}{2}x= \frac{9-2}{2} \\ \\ \frac{3}{2}x= \frac{7}{2} \\ \\ x= \frac{7}{2} * \frac{2}{3} \\ \\ x= \frac{7}{3}

3/2x + 1 = 9/2
⇒ (3x/2) +1 = 9/2
On taking LCM,
⇒ 3x + 2 / 2 = 9/2
On cancelling the common denominators on either side,
⇒ 3x +2 = 9
⇒ x = (9-2) / 3
Therefore,  x = 7/3
