Yes you are correct that 5/3 and 5/6 are the two zeroes

Now Let 5/6= alpha and 5/3= beta
So, alpha × beta = constant term / coefficient of x^3
So, 5/6×5/3=(-2k-1)/2
25/18=(-2k-1)/2
(25×2)/18=(-2k-1)
50/18=(-2k-1)
-2k=50/18+1
-2k=(50+18)/18
-2k=68/18
-2k=34/9
k=34/9×1/-2
k=-34/18
k=-17/9

The value of k is -17/9
