Density of the wooden block=0.8g/cm³

Volume =60cm³

Density=Mass/Volume

Thus----

Mass=Density×Volume

=>0.8×60

=>48g

Thus,mass of the block is 48g.

Question :

A block of wood has density 0.8 g/cm³ and a volume of 60 cm³. Calculate the mass of block ?

Answer :

Given :

  • Density is 0.8 g/cm³.
  • Volume is 60 cm³

To find :

  • Mass of block.

Formula used :

  • \sf\purple{Density =  \frac{Mass}{Volume} }

_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _

\sf \red{Density =  \frac{Mass}{Volume} }

\sf {0.8 m³  =  \frac{Mass}{60 cm³}}

Mass = 0.8 × 60

.°. Mass = 48 g.
